The “
Once again I had a great turnout
at this third Connecticut Capri meet. The
weather cooperated nicely as we just dodged the remnants of tropical storm
Cindy. It had rained heavily the day
before, and forecasts were for more, but it cleared up nicely for the barbeque. We had a total of EIGHT

Szypulski’s (of course) including Ted, Dottie and Robin with Ted’s one-owner
1976 MKII with Décor Group option, 2.8L V6 and 4 speed and his newly acquired
1976 MKII with Décor Group option, 2.3L OHC4 and 4 speed transmission.

Laura
Szypulski and her friend Rolf, in from

Ken
and Marilyn Kmiec from Virginia. Ken
trailered up his sweet 1973 MKI with 2.6L and 4 speed, and a

Dirk
Harkopf of Connecticut with his German spec 1979 MKIII with 2.8L and 5 speed,
and a lot of neat interior and exterior enhancements.
